Cleaning up repo

• removing some files related to 2.0 work (mainly around timelines), and an associated images folder.
• removing the much older archive folder which far pre-dates the stacks 2.0 launch.

None of the images etc seem to be used, and the markdown for pre-2.0 is not likely to add any value here so i propose to delete it all and focus on sBTC.

possibly contentious, but i have removed the file https://github.com/stacks-network/stacks/blob/master/Stacks%20FAQ.md from this PR.

This file mainly dealt with the 2.0 launch as app devs and users transitioned from v1 of the chain.
i don't think it's needed any longer, but welcome to other opinions if it should be re-added.

This looks good to me, but these documents pre-date my tenure so I can't say I know the implications of removing these files.

Would it be possible to download a zip of the archive items before doing so? Otherwise works for me. Let me know if I should download the items directly for archive purposes. Thank you!
