Update Readme with Continuous Delivery Instructions

Updates readme to include an example for using with CI/CD

Official Release of Hotfix 0.1.8 - Report errors during deploy

Had an issue where deployment failed due to stencil-cli 2.0 doing more checks to schema files when bundling. This looked like a successful deploy.

Now we properly catch the error and abort

Hotfix for change to the bigcommerce stencil-cli updating the node engines

Specifiy an engine property to match the one required in stencil-cli (deploys were silently failing)
