Onboarding: Improve UI

What I did

During QA of #26924
I noticed a few minor issues with onboarding's UI.

I fixed:

• The modal had a few white pixels in the corners.
• The code snippet span element was white even when in dark mode.

Check to see if everything looks fine in dark mode, chromatic should show diffs too.
