Manual handling clap, irot, imir (transformation properties)

I decided to write a manual processing of transformations, but I had a vague suspicion that writing it the way I needed it wouldn’t work for all situations, need an advice, maybe it is not worth it.
Situation: I want to process all cropping and describe the irot and imir transformations with one EXIF tag and provide it to user.

1. Can there be multiple "irot", "imir", "clap" for one image?
   That is, there may or may not be such a situation with multiply properties:
   irot, clap, imir, clap, irot?

2. The order of “irot”, “imir”, “clap” among themselves can be random?

There may be at most one of each irot, imir, clap for one image. "irot + clap + imir + irot" is not allowed by the standard.

The order of the transformations is arbitrary.

ISO/IEC 23000-22:2019(E) (MIAF) 7.3.6.7 requires the following order:

These properties, if used, shall be indicated to be applied in the following order: clean aperture first,
then rotation, then mirror

Since AVIF is based on MIAF, this order should be used for AVIF images.

I agree that there can only be at most one of each property per item. However the concept of "image" is perhaps a bit flexible here. There is the concept of an iden derived image type, which basically allows you to chain these things into a directed graph.

Also, the order can be arbitrary, but the results depend on that order. For writing, if the item property is not marked essential, the results might vary depending on viewer capabilities.
