Description

This pull request adds a new banner image to the main project directory and updates the README.md to include the clickable banner. The banner links to the Hacktoberfest website, enhancing the visual appeal of the project documentation and promoting community engagement during Hacktoberfest.

Tech Stack and Dependencies:

• No additional dependencies were required for this change.
• The banner image (Banner.png) was added to the root folder, and the README.md was updated with HTML to make the banner clickable.
