Add Vanessa Hurst to the list of Talkers

We may need a more robust branching strategy here, @sursh - 1) so that you can add me to the list of Talkers without my talks overwriting yours, and 2) so that I can pull the updated Talkers list from yours over time without your talks overwriting mine. Thoughts?

Yeah, good point. One way would be to branch and put the commit you want to
put in the pull request in that branch, and then do a pull request from
there. Then it can cleanly pull. Other ideas?
