SQLite (used in Admin, Stats and SQLite3 Server) does not support backslash escaping, therefore flag SERVER_STATUS_NO_BACKSLASH_ESCAPES must be set in status flags.
This is relevant for client libraries that checks this flag to determine how to escape strings.
