Fixes #3082 by adjusting the related SQL queries to always return
0forREPLICA_LAG_IN_MILLISECONDSfor the row whereSESSION_ID = 'MASTER_SESSION_ID'. This works around a bug in Aurora 2.09 where the replica lag is incorrectly reported as non-zero forMASTER_SESSION_ID(see #3082 (comment)).
