ssh: tried using the less command to view text in a folder but it always returns that the file is a directory

less seems working here.

1. Boot Linux + OpenSBI on online demo
2. / # echo a > a
3. / # less a works

Can you elaborate for me how to reproduce the problem?

I'm a newbie working with secure shell (putty) on a project that requires me to use the less command but I'm having difficulties accessing the file using the less command. Find attached to this mail a screenshot of the project...
