Installation documentation is not up to date and leads to error in testing TWW.

• Remove the VM obsolete approach

Currently the CI only creates one without demodata, but it is called with demodata )

• tww_dev_structure_and_demo_data.backup - take out dev @ponceta
• integrate demodata @ponceta
• create additional backup without demodata, just empty database @ponceta
