Add a quick-start tutorial to the docs following similar basic steps
to the new Getting Started guides for Tekton Pipelines:

  • set up cluster
  • install the projects
  • import some resources
  • create a TaskRun / PipelineRun

Replace links to the Katacoda scenario with the new tutorial as we'll
be removing the Katacoda scenarios soon.
