From where you got this libc?

Please note that I'm not accepting random binaries there. In order to request libc update, you will need to provide a link to a Generic System Image made by Google or major Android development organization such as Lineage OS. I do not accept libc from devices or NDK. API level must be 28 (Android 9), not below, not higher.

Also I could not reproduce the issue in Docker. Supporting proot is out of scope. Remember that termux-docker is only for building package test environments and shouldn't be used for anything else.

It is required when environment is running on Linux systems, i.e. not booted with Android's /init & network daemon.
