I've tried to test this PR on my Windows machine, but all docker-compose tests will fail with from the compose container. Fail on master as well. I'm pretty sure the docker-compose support was working on my Windows machine when testing @bsnisar PR. I'm not a regular Windows user, so not sure what happened. Running Docker 17.09. @rnorth Maybe you can test the PR on your Windows machine? |

Fixed regression in 1.4.3 when using Docker Compose on Windows
Fixes #439
#437 and #461 tried to solve similar problems around the same time and stepped on each others toes.
