An update to the original CRAN package, including:

  • improved efficiency of functions
  • increased functionality: possibility to emphasise tips of interest in tree comparisons
  • substantial changes to the Shiny ui, which now supports all of the treescape functions and has a wider range of graphical outputs
  • more informative warnings and error messages
  • bug fixes
