If you have an IT problem that will take more than a few minutes for you to fix, you should place a request with the Tilburg University IT Service Desk if there is a category that fits. Please provide a detailed description of the nature of the problem and indicate whether it is urgent. Most of the time you will find the answer to your question or request in their FAQ.

IT problems or limitations should not be a bottleneck for our research. If you ever have a problem that is significantly impacting your productivity and that you have not been able to resolve on your own, you should let your supervisor or other team members know so they can help find a solution.
