Hi!

I propose in this PR to update the pre-commit configuration

  • Using Ruff instead of Black, Isort and Flake8
  • Adding poetry-check pre-commit hook to avoid mistakes between poetry.lock and pyproject.toml
  • Adding prettier pre-commit hook to prettify Markdown and Yaml files
