Initial Pre-Release of Early Work/Proof-of-Concept

The "pre-release" release adds the basic architecture and scaffolding to begin developing more ActionMailer-esq features within ActionMessenger. The v1.0.0 release will mark the initial release, which is intended to provide as much parity to ActionMailer for delivering text-messages as virtually possible.
