This version is built for Wireshark 2.4.0. But, also works with 2.4.5.
Download doip_windows_x64_1.1.1.0.zip for Windows x64 binaries.

If you are using Wireshark 2.4.4 or newer, then don't copy the uds.dll to your system. Wireshark now has its own UDS dissector, so you won't need mine anymore. I will remove uds.dll from all future releases.
