- In Microsoft Visual Studio ...
- go to "Tools|Extensions and updates..."
- select "Online" and search for ProjectConfigurationManager
- Download and install manually
- go to Visual Studio Galery or GitHub Releases
- download the binaries
- double click the file to install
- Get the latest CI build
- download the binaries from the VSIX Gallery
