feat: regenerate graphql code to adapt to new subnetId type

Description

This PR re-generates graphql codegen code to adapt to the change on the subnetId type (from topos-protocol/topos#328).

Additions and Changes

The sourceSubnetId field is now expanded to its value property:

// after
sourceSubnetId {
    value
}
