Without this it cannot find GNU gettext. Compilation without this errors with: "undefined reference to 'libintl_gettext'"

lkl: avoid using libc function (i.e., free(3)) for non-libc environment

Add a new test case which performs double query of the bpf_mprog through libbpf API, but also via raw bpf(2) syscall.
