Made numerous updates regarding institutions, authorship, and current maintenance for 2020. Also made numerous updates regarding data integrity particular regarding bit flips. 2-3 new examples and numerous diagram updates. Updated description of regulated data, and adding proprietary data. Also updated a few other loose ends like version number and another CTSC reference. Added reference to the confidentiality report and the TWDG guidance report. Updated the Trusted CI NSF grant # and replaced the CTSC logo with the Trusted CI logo. Removed dependency on the Gemfile.
