This commit enables arbitrary configuration via $properties. It also cleans up the options that can be used as those have been moved to $properties.

Currently, due to the logic in
templates/aptly.conf.erb
, only key value pairs can be used.This prevents to use e.g. filesystem publishing.
By using a hash and converting it to json, this can be simplified.
