There's a new exclusive parameter (bool, it looks like) that controls whether or not a list is exclusive (meaning that posts from people on the list are excluded from the user's home timeline).

Landed in mastodon/mastodon#22048, it's not documented yet (mastodon/documentation#1256) nor is it clear how clients can differentiate between servers that support it and those that don't.
