I KNOW THE CODE IS CRINGE AND OLD AND I COULD IMPROVE IT DRASTICALLY, BUT I STRUGGLE TO FIND THE MOTIVATION TO DO IT XD
BOT HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY APPROVED AND VERIFIED BY OFFICIAL DISCORD DEVELOPERS!

• This was my private Discord BOT and has been written using Discord.JS library
• If you want to run it or host it, make sure you read the files, you might need some API keys here and there (you can find what you need in botconfig.json).

Now, a few things you need first:

• Linux or Mac OS X only.
• Discord installed.

Step 1 - Tools needed to be installed first in order to run the BOT properly

For Linux:

sudo apt-get install ffmpeg
sudo apt-get install build-essential

sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rwky/graphicsmagick
sudo apt-get install graphicsmagick

sudo apt-get install imagemagick libmagickcore-dev libmagickwand-dev libmagic-dev
sudo apt-get install imagemagick

sudo apt-get install -y node-gyp

For Mac:

brew install graphicsmagick
brew upgrade graphicsmagick

Step 2 - You need NPM (Node Package Manager) and Node.JS. After that, install these -- IN THE SAME ORDER AS DISPLAYED -- on the bot folder (copy and paste one command at a time, in your terminal, or be prepared for errors):

If you are hosting an instance of Cookie Monsta yourself, make sure that is for private use only in your own Discord servers. Do not make it a public bot, do not advertise it as it is your own piece of work and lastly, do not add/list it on public sites. I will NOT allow that. Strict actions will be taken if you violate this policy.
