I realized that site settings is missing the concept of state, i.e. today it is ON/OFF, I need it to be possible to define more, such as ON/BASIC/STRICT.

the idea is to modify the patch I created by adding that possibility, considering that already today in chromium the site setting infrastructure allows to insert any value.

this is blocking my development of
