Update ember-power-select to fix ember data issue. Refactor and fix user info. Selectively include ember bootstrap css (previously broke ember-toastr styles). Also re-enable JQuery integration needed by ember-toastr). Fix usage of changeset in order form component. + lots of other fixes.
showValidations is first available in ember-bootsrap 6.0.0, we rely on css hack until then.
Since sessionAuthenticated has been removed we need to perform loading after authentication inside of session service class.
Ember data rest adapter now converts all non array errors to 'The backend responded with an error' errors
