Travis is endlessly flagging us for so-called "abuse". This is the third time after "resolving" it with them twice.

Unfortunately, using GitHub Actions (the ideal solution) might be partly blocked by the lack of caching which we leverage extensively.

Could instead push the cache as an image versioned by commit
