This is a speculative PR that would add impersonation (using keycloak) into Aggie Experts directly. This is a partly based on this keycloak article
Note, that the current version of keycloak we are running doesn't support token exchange, which would be a better way to do this. I requested this from Steve, but haven't heard back.
