React fixes and polish part two #1423

An array of fixes and polish items. Notes WIP. Major items include:

Refactored the widget creator to resolve race conditions between react queries and postMessage requests
Tweaks to reduce dependency issues when the branch is run standalone (without coming from master previously)
Style cleanup
Working on theme overrides & changes to support the removal of partial themes from the materia-theme-ucf repo
