As #472 noticed - "I want the focus only on the form of comments, commentators and their comments. I don't want any extraneous text to distract from viewing."

This is a valid concern and my suggestion is to add a configuration param (optional) on the server-side and populate it to the config response structure. Smth like simple_view: true. UI will hide all extras, leaving just a text box with the "Send" button.

Added backend support, the new param returned as a part of GET /config call.
