Merging/deploying now so @sherson can use it for a staff meeting today (all that's left is to add some scaffold-y tests). Will make a ticket so I don't forget. |

A specialized assignment generation tool to be used to setup a "signup" type scaffold over a long date range with weekday based shifts. No testing... yet
