Add a new command to define maintenance periods.

This command will not be a full implementation of the maintenance functionality in zabbix. It will create a maintenence definition for a host/hostgroup during a period of time. For advance definitions/periods one will have to use the zabbix dashboard.

create_maintenance_definition [name] [description] [host/hostgroup] [time period]
