The VM is still running in the old cloud and obtained confirmation from Wolfgang that I can indeed delete the VM now.

The VM is still running in the old cloud, and Wolfgang has confirmed that I can delete it now. This PR removes the TF file (which is already commented out during the cloud upgrade.
