Raspberry-Pi-4-SSD-BTCPay-Install-Script

A Script to install BTCPay on a SSD, no SD Card needed.

Feel free to fork this repository and modify it for your use case scenario.

Instructions:

Login via ssh to your raspberry pi OS installation:

ssh [email protected]

Switch to root:

sudo su -

REQUIRED, Export your domain:

export BTCPAY_ADDITIONAL_HOSTS="btcpay.YourDomain.com"

Download and run the install script:

wget -O btcpayserver-install.sh https://raw.githubusercontent.com/valerie16901/Raspberry-Pi-4-SSD-BTCPay-Install-Script/main/install.sh
chmod +x btcpayserver-install.sh
. btcpayserver-install.sh

FastSync (optional)

cd
cd /btcpayserver-docker
./btcpay-down.sh
cd contrib/FastSync
./load-utxo-set.sh

FastSync currently takes about 30 minutes on a high-speed internet connection. After FastSync finishes, run the following command to restart BTCPay Server:

cd ../..
./btcpay-up.sh
