Hacktoberfest 2021

Hello guys,

Hacktoberfest 2021 is here and we should probably participate to allow new people to contribute to the project and at the same time close some pending issues.

The scope of our participation can include existing feature requests, missing locales in many validators and the refactoring of stale PRs.

I think we can encourage new ideas, close stale PRs and discussions. As Hactoberfest will be the time when people will be most active, lets use as much as we can
