Match Vega's behavior when an aggregate column does not exist #174

Currently, when a specified aggregation column does not exist, VegaFusion panics. Vega allows this case using the following rules:

  • Sum and Count on non-existent column is 0
  • All other aggregate ops result in null/undefined

This PR bring VegaFusion in line with Vega in this situation

 - Sum and Count on non-existent column is 0
 - All other aggregate ops are null
