Patch for validation and fixes purposes of veraPDF library.
Added veraPDF Maven repo to POM.
Changed modificators.
Added method for creating empty metadata.
Updated to 0.11.100 for refactor.
Added source and Javadoc for XMP.
Rdf about exception removed
Now using parent POM.
- updated parent POM version; - added jacoco profiling; and - added codecov to travis build.
Copied existing readme.text.
Feat - Codecov for Travis Build
- added Jacoco invocation to build.
FIX - Codecov POM settings
- bumped minor -> 0.12 for release.
REL - Release v0.12
- removed `.gitignore`, parent POM, old readme and build service files; and - moved `README.md` to core project.
- updated project `POM.xml` files to make library project parent.
- merged the `xmp-core` and `xmp-core-coverage` projects into library; - updated veraPDF-library `pom.xml` to add build module; and - updated `core` module XMP dependency.
