…EqualVisitor integration (apache#43642)

### Rationale for this change

LargeListViewVector requires `RangeEqualVisitor` and `TypeEqualVisitor` to support the C Data interface. 

### What changes are included in this PR?

Adding `RangeEqualVisitor`, `TypeEqualVisitor` and the corresponding test cases. 

### Are these changes tested?

Yes. 

### Are there any user-facing changes?

No
