How to delete the other person's messages

Discord doesn't allow you to delete the other person's messages on a DM chat.

The only circumstance you are allowed to delete messages from other people, is when you have the "Manage Messages" permission in a server channel:

If you're a server owner or moderator it is HIGHLY recommended you use a bot in that case instead.
Some examples are: YAGPDB, Dyno, Mee6
