Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Changes:

• 8.1.0606: 'cryptmethod' defaults to a very old method
• 8.1.0605: running make in the top directory echoes a comment
• 8.1.0604: autocommand test fails on MS-Windows
• 8.1.0603: the :stop command is not tested
• 8.1.0602: DirChanged is also triggered when directory didn't change
• 8.1.0601: a few compiler warnings
