Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Changes:

• 8.1.0800: may use a lot of memory when a function refers itself
• 8.1.0799: calling deleted function; test doesn't work on Mac
• 8.1.0798: changing a blob while iterating over it works strangely
• 8.1.0797: error E898 is used twice
