Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Changes:

• 8.1.0854: xxd does not work with more than 32 bit addresses
• 8.1.0853: options test fails on Mac
• 8.1.0852: findfile() and finddir() are not properly tested
• 8.1.0851: feedkeys() with "L" does not work properly
• 8.1.0850: test for 'backupskip' is not correct
• 8.1.0849: cursorline highlight is not always updated
• 8.1.0848: cannot build with Ruby 1.8
