Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

• 8.1.1419: listener callbacks may be called recursively
• 8.1.1418: win_execute() is not implemented yet
• 8.1.1417: MS-Windows: resolve() does not resolve all components of path
