Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.1.2117: CursorLine highlight used while 'cursorline' is off
• 8.1.2116: no check for out of memory
• 8.1.2115: MS-Windows: shell commands fail if &shell contains a space
• 8.1.2114: when a popup is closed with CTRL-C the callback aborts
• 8.1.2113: ":help expr-!~?" only works after searching
