Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0050: after deleting a file mark it is still in viminfo
• 8.2.0049: command line completion not fully tested
• 8.2.0048: another timers test is flaky on Travis for Mac
• 8.2.0047: cannot skip tests for specific MS-Windows platform
