Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0069: ETYPE_ is used for two different enums
• 8.2.0068: crash when using Python 3 with "utf32" encoding
• 8.2.0067: ERROR_UNKNOWN clashes on some systems
• 8.2.0066: some corners of vim_snprintf() are not tested
