Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

• 8.2.0094: MS-Windows: cannot build with Strawberry Perl 5.30
• 8.2.0093: win_splitmove() can make Vim hang
• 8.2.0092: tags functionality insufficiently tested
• 8.2.0091: compiler warnings for size_t / int types
