Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.2920: still a way to shadow a builtin function
• 8.2.2919: using ":!command" does not work if it uses posix_spawn()
• 8.2.2918: builtin function can be shadowed by global variable
• 8.2.2917: spellfile functionality not fully tested
• 8.2.2916: operators are not fully tested
• 8.2.2915: MS-Windows: when using "default" for encoding utf-8 is used
