If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3397: no test for what 8.2.3391 fixes
• 8.2.3396: when libcall() fails invalid pointer may be used
• 8.2.3395: Vim9: expression breakpoint not checked in :def function
